# Privacy Policy — Zephyr Pixels

> How zephyrpixels.dev handles visitor data. Zephyr Pixels is the solo practice of Matthew Rhoads (Missoula, Montana); he is the only person who reads what you send. Effective August 22, 2026.

## What is collected

- **Contact form:** name, email, company, phone, budget range, and message. Submissions are emailed (via Resend) to hello@zephyrpixels.dev — nothing is stored in a database on this site. Emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence.
- **Call booking:** calls are scheduled on Cal.com under Cal.com's own privacy terms; Matt sees the name, email, and time you provide there.
- **Analytics:** Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Ahrefs Analytics record pages visited, referrer, browser/device type, and approximate location from IP — used in aggregate, not to identify individuals.
- **Hosting:** the site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP, request URL, timestamps).

## What is not done

No selling or renting of personal information, no advertising on the site, and no sharing beyond the named service providers (Resend, Cal.com, Google, Vercel, Ahrefs), each processing data only to provide its service.

## Your choices

- Email hello@zephyrpixels.dev to ask what data exists about you or to have correspondence deleted — requests are honored and confirmed.
- Browser tracking protection can block the analytics; the site works fully without it.

Policy updates appear at https://zephyrpixels.dev/privacy with a new effective date. Current version: effective August 22, 2026.
