Privacy - Privacy policy

The short version: the contact form emails me what you write, analytics counts visits, and nobody's data gets sold. The details are below.

Who I am

Zephyr Pixels is the studio name for the solo practice of Matthew Rhoads, a web developer based in Missoula, Montana. I run this site myself, and I'm the only person who reads what you send through it. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@zephyrpixels.dev.

What I collect

Contact form: the details you type — name, email, company, phone, budget range, and your message. The form sends me an email (delivered via Resend) at hello@zephyrpixels.dev; nothing is stored in a database on this site. I keep those emails as ordinary business correspondence.

Call booking: if you book a call, scheduling happens on Cal.com under their own privacy terms; I see the name, email, and time you provide there.

Analytics: the site uses Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Ahrefs Analytics to understand traffic — pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. I use this in aggregate to see what content is useful; I don't use it to identify individuals.

Hosting: the site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamps) to operate the service.

What I don’t do

I don't sell or rent your information, run advertising on this site, or share what you send me with anyone except the service providers named above (Resend, Cal.com, Google, Vercel, Ahrefs), each of which processes data only to provide its service.

Your choices

Email hello@zephyrpixels.dev to ask what I have from you, or to have your correspondence deleted — I'll do it and confirm. You can also block analytics with any standard browser tracking protection; the site works fine without it.
